A) MODERNISATION OF POLICE ADMINISTRATION

Under Modernisation of Police Administration the EFC provision in Annual Plan 2001-2002 is Rs 60.00 lakhs. In addition Rs 107.00 lakhs has been allotted as State Share out of State Annual Plan 2001-2002 to support the Centrally Sponsored Scheme on Modernisation of Police Administration.

B) FIRE SERVICES

To upgrade the facilities under the Five Services the EFC provision under Annual Plan 2001-2002 is Rs 20.00 lakhs.
