A. ACCOUNTS AND ADMINISTRATIVE TRAINING INSTITUTE
The AATI is the apex training institute of the State
for matters relating to accounts and administration in the State.
It needs to be equipped with adequate training and teaching aids,
books, periodicals etc.
Therefore, an amount of Rs 2.00 lakhs has been provided
in the budget for the current financial year, 2002-2003 for purchase
of books and teaching materials for the Institute".
B. FISCAL REFORMS (FINANCE DEPARTMENT)
An allocation of Rs 20.0 lakhs has been provided
under EFC for Fiscal Reforms. In addition under Annual Plan 2002-03,
Rs 700.00 lakhs has been allocated by the Planning Commission for
one time VRS (Voluntary Retirement Scheme) of State Government employees.
